It is reported that over 60% of people in Ireland have not made a Will.

At Butler Cunningham & Molony we believe it is extremely important to make a Will if you want your assets to be divided in accordance with your wishes.  If you do not have a Will made, on your death, the laws of intestacy set out how your assets are to be divided.  This division of your assets more than likely will not be what you wished.

We are experts in drafting Wills and Estate Planning.  When someone dies we are available immediately to help with all queries and to advise the next of kin as to what steps have to be taken to deal with the deceased’s Estate.  We prepare and file all the necessary documents in the Probate Office and arrange for registration of properties.  We also advise in relation to all taxes arising both pre and post death through to the final distribution of the assets and the preparation of Estate Accounts.
