Butler Cunningham & Molony is one of only ten firms of solicitors in the Country nominated by the Garda Representative Association to act on behalf of its Garda members. We advise on all matters relating to the powers of the Garda Siochana Ombudsman Commission and the obligations of members of the Force who have dealings with GSOC. We also advise on all issues of disciplinary hearings.
